The Polaris Chronograph boasts a striking signature dial in lacquered grey. Ranging from light to dark, the dial achieves multiple nuanced shades through an elaborate process involving nearly 40 layers of varnish and colored and transparent lacquer, followed by meticulous polishing. Encased in its 42mm steel case, the dial showcases three distinct finishing levels: an internal opaline bezel, a grained circle for hours and indexes, and a sunray-brushed center. With its iconic features including a central second hand, tachymeter, and 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, the chronograph ensures perfect legibility. Showcasing Jaeger-LeCoultre's watchmaking prowess, the Calibre 761 with its integrated chronograph mechanism, complete with a column-wheel and vertical clutch, powers the Polaris Chronograph, offering a generous 65-hour power reserve - a valuable asset for any adventure. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that impact the mechanical function of the watch. We do NOT cover cosmetic defects, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage as a result of misuse, water damage, etc. Any third party service or modification completed after purchase will render this warranty null and void. Eligibility to process a warranty claim is determined at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of vintage watches and availability of parts, we cannot offer our warranty for vintage pieces.
