Doxa were established in Le Locle in 1889 by the 21 year old Georges Ducommun. Doxa, meaning Glory in Greek was chosen as brand name to signify the optimism Georges had for his timepieces. Through the 19 th and 20 th centuries the brand garnered a reputation for i nnovation and quality winning a Gold Medal for his anti magnetic watch at the Worlds Fair in Milan, Italy in 1906. The 1950�s saw ma ny brands begin to work on dive watches and Doxa were at the forefront of this movement working with the acclaimed French scuba dive r Jacques Yves Cousteau on the SUB watch, the first dive watch available to sports divers in 1967. Following the introduction of the SUB 600T Pacific this summer, DOXA now launches the SUB 600T in stainless steela model that has been eagerly awaited by the entire community of partners and customers as a non limited edition. The SUB 600T collections comes with a choice of two bezel versions ste el insert or ceramic insert and in the brand�s 6 emblematic colors equating to 24 options in total. The new 600T references the bran ds 1980�s design featuring the angular case and crown positioned at 4 o�clock.

New and pre-owned watches purchased from Golden NYC Watches & Jewelry are covered by either our complimentary 1 year warranty or the remainder of the original manufacturer warranty on the watch. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that impact the mechanical function of the watch. We do NOT cover cosmetic defects, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage as a result of misuse, water damage, etc. Any third party service or modification completed after purchase will render this warranty null and void. Eligibility to process a warranty claim is determined at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of vintage watches and availability of parts, we cannot offer our warranty for vintage pieces.
